So I made broccoli cheese soup tonight and was super excited for this so called "as good as Panera Bread recipe." Well if Panera's soup tastes like this recipe I'm surprised anyone eats it. Boo!!!
Anyway, My friend Becca makes the best broccoli cheese soup EVER. No exaggeration either. It's like her signature dish. So after being sorely disappointed I got Becca's recipe again and am putting it on here to never lose again. And yes, to share her creamy goodness too.
Be forewarned, it's one of those recipes you savor because it's so amazing, but you know you can't eat it for another month even though you want it every single day of winter.
1 quart heavy whipping cream
1 large package frozen broccoli, cooked
1 can cream of celery soup
1 jar (Walmart brand) cheese whiz
* Melt together cheese and canned soup until there are no clumps
* Add whipping cream and stir until smooth
* Finish with broccoli
Enjoy the best soup ever!!!
